If we have not yet approved your submission, please be patient. Approval is a manual process and we usually focus on cases with more warning messages first.
To complete the submission process, for each data section (including section 5), when data entry is complete please check the box next to “I confirm that this section is complete and accurate” and save. We ask you to do this even for sections that you leave blank. When all sections are signed off you will see a “submit survey” button at the bottom of the screen; clicking that button will let us know that you are finished with data entry, and we will begin the review process.
